Instructions:
Download the file.
Extract the file using 7zip (download here) [NOTE: extracting the file using any other software may or may not extract the files correctly]
Run PCSX2.
select BIOS folder from the configuration box i.e. the bios folder in the extracted pcsx2 folder.
Play a game and Enjoy.

* Then press the button that would be controlled on the keyboard / joystick, for example the 'W'
