Path Of Exile Patch Download

Today i have the same problem and getting this error, anyone has a solution to provide? I have rebooted my pc and still nothing. I solved my problem. I had PoE forlder protected on my Firewall because i couldnt save Graphical Changes when these was taking place at times. I have been experiencing an issue where the patch download resets since feb 2018. I'll have downloaded 500mb/2gb or so and then suddenly the patch rolls back to 475mb/2gb.
